Tj works as a Wrap Party Magician

On Wednesday evening, I was asked to perform as a wrap party magician for QI and Talkback. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the show itself but I heard great things. Many famous people were in attendance.
QI
“QI” is a British TV program that stands for “Quite Interesting.”
Hosted by Stephen Fry and later Sandi Toksvig, the show is a comedic panel game that delves into fascinating and lesser-known facts. With a focus on the quirky and unexpected, the program explores topics from a unique angle, challenging common misconceptions.

It has gained a devoted following and serves as an amusing platform for learning about the curiosities of the world.

Alan Davies is a regular comedian on the show. He is a British comedian celebrated for his stand-up comedy, acting, and panel show appearances. He is widely known for his role as Jonathan Creek in the eponymous TV series.
Also on the show was Phil Jupitus. Phil is a versatile performer, and is recognised for his dynamic stand-up comedy, radio hosting, and TV appearances. As a team captain on the comedy panel show “Never Mind the Buzzcocks,” his quick humour and engaging presence have left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry.
Performing as a Wrap Party Magician
It was such a thrill to perform for two comedians I had watched throughout my career. You can see me me here with Alan Davies and Phil Jupitus. It made such a change from corporate magic and weddings, both of which I love.
“Performing close up magic for the camera men and women was very tough. They look everywhere. One filmed me on his mobile phone. I guess some people never stop working.”

QI was filmed at the studios on the Southbank, and the party was held in a restaurant nearby, which was ideally located for me.
Steven Fry didn’t attend as they had filmed two shows back to back and he had commitments the following day.
Meeting John Lloyd, the creator of QI, was an absolute honour. He was a lovely man and very enthusiastic about the magic. Two hours flew by.
“A very big thank you for entertaining the QI wrap party so well. We all thought your level of close up magic was first class!”
