Bishops Stortford for St Clare Hospice

Tj Shoesmith is a Bishop Stortford Magician. The St Clare Hospice engaged Tj to perform at a fundraising event. It was a wonderful occasion with both Baroness Shirley Williams and Mark Prisk (MP for Hertford and Stortford) in attendance.

As a full-time Magician in Hertfordshire, Tj had grown up listening to the views of the Baroness. So, it was a great honour to perform at an event in which she was a guest.

The Rugby club was very hospitable and the number of people who came far exceeded the organiser’s dreams.

Cabaret can be difficult to perform in these circumstances. The area is not set up for a stage performance. However, the guests were very accommodating and the show seemed to go without a hitch.

Tj has made other appearances in Bishops Stortford, most recently at the Half Moon performing cabaret magic. This was as part of a team performing a show entitled Magicians at the Half Moon. This show happens on the last Friday of each month and Tj Shoesmith is often on the bill. Hertfordshire magician public events has further information.

Tj Shoesmith has also made appearances in the county with Devious Minds. His stage show, for example, The Queen Mothers Theatre in Hitchin. Devious minds regularly tours the country and further dates are now being booked for the autumn.

With three children under five, Tim is always keen to be a Hertfordshire magician as it means he can be home with the family as much as possible. In fact, on this occasion, the venue was close enough that the family came with him which is always nice.
