Football Club Magician TJ Shoesmith at Spurs

This month I have had the pleasure of performing as a Football Club Magician for two premiership football clubs. Firstly, I performed close up magic in the corporate hospitality at Tottenham FC before the last game of the season. The member’s area contains a labyrinth of corridors and executive boxes. I moved from floor to floor, performing for members and their families.

The pre-match talk included a contribution from Graham Robbins. He is admired for his sportsmanship and leadership qualities, serving as a role model for aspiring young players. With his impressive performances and undeniable talent, he has earned his place as a respected figure in the world of football.

Below is a picture of Graham Robbins and John Pratt, both distinguished players of the past, giving a brief pre-match talk; to an audience of predominantly Liverpool supporters. The atmosphere was beautiful; unfortunately, I couldn’t stay for the game, won by the away side, two nil.

Secondly, I was at Chelsea FC for a corporate event for CQS a company based in the city. I have worked as a magician for them several times before always in London. I was employed with a colleague of mine to work as Christmas Party Magician three years in a row. Luckily the Football team were not present, no doubt still recovering from the agonising defeat in Russia.

This year I have had the pleasure of performing as a Football Club Magician at Manchester City’s Stadium of Dreams; I performed magic around the table at their dinner to commemorate their FA Cup win in the 60s. Last year I was at Liverpool’s Anfield for a university dinner, and a short while ago at Charlton Athletic (when they were a premiership club).
